Youth advisory councils and youth philanthropy are powerful ways to make a difference. Tonight we learn more about the Columbus Medical Association Foundation Youth Advisory Council (YAC) which provides an opportunity for youth ages 13-18 to learn about philanthropy and to participate in grantmaking. Members learn to evaluate projects that are designed to improve the lives of youth through health advocacy, education, and/or prevention.
