Morning Meditation

Your light is the center of you that shines and gives the energy of yours essence before you every say a word to someone else. How do you feel about your light? Does it feel dim, maybe heavy? How many stores of your past weigh you down or allow your light to dim? Have you given others your light because you keep giving power to an old story? Today you can let go of that old story and let your light shine. To release the bindings you have allowed to be on your wrists. You can let go of the heaviness and shine as bright as you want. You can show up in a better way by releasing this old pain or story.

May things in life are stressful. Sometimes we just get used to the stress and we don't realize it's overwhelming us. This is a meditation to get back to the stillness. Back to the person you really are by simply taking a break.
